This is a richly layered piece, built with thick textures and a variety of mediums, is a tribute to enduring love and the beauty that remains after loss. From vibrant acrylics to hand made collage pieces  and grounding textures like sand, each material represents the many layers of memory, emotion, and shared experience that make up a relationship.
 
Like all of my work, this painting was created with the intention to bring joy and comfort—especially to those navigating grief, uncertainty, or emotional fatigue.
 
 "Love That Remains" was inspired by the deep happiness and warmth that linger even after someone we love is no longer physically with us. It honors the bittersweet truth that our connections are not erased by loss; they evolve, echoing through our lives in color, texture, and feeling.
 
Every relationship is made of many moments—some joyful, some difficult—but together, they create a mosaic that tells a unique and meaningful story. This piece is a visual reminder that even in heartbreak, there is beauty. Even in absence, there is presence. And through it all, there is love that remains.
