Private Art Events are custom, creative experiences designed for connection, movement, and self-expression. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, planning a girls’ night, or simply looking for a meaningful way to gather, these private events offer a relaxed, music-filled environment where creativity comes naturally. Each experience is guided but flexible, welcoming all skill levels, and focused on having fun, letting go, and creating something uniquely your own.
Events are hosted at the Jen Rogers Art studio, on Main Street, Honeoye, New York.

What to expect:
Paint & Dance Parties are high-energy, music-driven abstract art experiences created especially for small groups. Guests move, paint, and rotate around shared tables while exploring abstract techniques set to curated music themes. Each participant creates on a 16 x 20 canvas and leaves with a finished piece of art, shaped not just by their own hands, but by the collective energy of the group. It’s playful, expressive, and perfect for celebrating milestones, friendships, and creativity in a way that feels joyful and memorable.

How It Works:
We begin with a short, relaxed introduction to a few fun and approachable abstract art techniques. No experience is needed… just an open mind and a willingness to play.
Guests gather around a shared table with canvases laid flat, each one placed side by side. You’ll start by painting on your own canvas while music sets the tone, then rotate around the table so each participant adds their creative touch to every piece. The process is collaborative, freeing, and full of surprises.
At the end, you’ll return to your original canvas to add finishing touches and make it truly your own. Expect lots of laughter, movement, connection, and a finished piece of art that reflects both your personal style and the shared energy of the group.
Guests are welcome to enjoy snacks and beverages before, during, and after the experience.
Music Themes:
Each Paint & Dance Party includes a curated music theme to set the energy and flow of the experience. Hosts may choose from a variety of upbeat, nostalgic, or calming playlists, or work with us to create a custom vibe for their group. Music cues guide movement, rotation, and creative rhythm throughout the event.

Booking & Payment

Cost: $65 per person
To book a private Paint & Dance Event, please submit a Private Event Inquiry form. Once availability is confirmed, you will receive a booking link to secure your date.

A non-refundable deposit of $130 is required to reserve your event. The deposit is applied toward your total event cost.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to work with you to reschedule your event when availability allows.

Guests may pay individually using a private payment link shared by the host. This allows each guest to reserve their own spot without one person covering the full cost.

A 10 guest minimum is required. Final guest payments must be completed 5 days prior to the event.
If fewer than 10 guests have paid by the cutoff date, the host may add guests or cover the remaining balance to meet the minimum.

Once your event is booked, you’ll receive a private payment link to share with your guests. Each guest will pay their $65 individually to reserve their spot. We’ll keep track of registrations and let you know once your group minimum is met.
